The location ruled. everything i needed was super close. i took a cab from the train station and walked everywhere after. the lobby rocks, rooms rock, staff rocks. Expectations exceeded! i really recommend it and would def stay again.

the staff was excellent, they took care with my comfort during my whole stay. special amenities, like prosecco on arrival, was such a nice treat and i loved the welcome chocolates in my room.

the hotel's location is in the shopping district close to the main cathedral. the facility is new and clean. i appreciate that the cleanliness is super clean. the restaurants serve food that is amazing.

i expected more facilities for the price. the pool was only a pond, not even a hot tub. i also felt that the staff was not as attentive as i have experienced elsewhere.

the hotel staff offered a very convenient parking system. i left the car outside. the staff parked it, and they brought it back upon request. the rooftop restaurant was great, and i found the staff professional and friendly.

i expected more facilities considering the price. the pool was more of a pond. it wasn't even a hot tub.
